Here you will find an overview of our online health courses and webinars. These include innovative online relaxation and exercise courses, courses using bio- and neurofeedback and a nutrition course with cooking classes. It is possible to work through the course materials directly on this learning platform at your own pace. If possible though, we recommend accessing our premium courses through a login. With our cooperation partner “Mentortools”, educational extras for better learning success and simple behavior changes were installed using AI. You will also find various extra material in the premium courses and you can receive a certificate. There are no additional costs, only a login is required. If you prefer to learn in a group, take advantage of our webinars. Individual coaching with one of our certified remote health trainers is also available to you at any time (for a small additional payment).

Information for other aid, health and educational institutions
Other organizations are encouraged to use the learning materials provided on this platform (worksheets, videos, etc.) to work with their clients. Free rental of neurofeedback devices to other organizations and necessary online supervision of the trainer (small additional payment) is also possible throughout the EU in English through the Joy of Learning München e.V. association. This enables aid organizations across the EU to offer cost-effective neurofeedback to disadvantaged groups and/or people from rural areas.
