Here is our "online nutrition course" developed in the 2022 pilot project. This course is the basis for further nutrition courses that will be added in the future. The cooking classes are taught by M.Ed. Gail Li, our educator with a Culinary Management Diploma and Certificate in Culinary Health Education Fundamentals from Harvard Medical School. This course will be made available here permanently free of charge for you!
